Introduction
I am a 63 year old bodybuilder from Ottawa, Canada. I would like to share with you some of my theories on nutrition, fitness and bodybuilding. I would also like to introduce to you some of the fitness experts and products that have helped me along the way.


How I Started
I contracted polio at the age of 20 months in 1947. This left me with severely weakened muscles on my left side and a shortened left leg. After four months in hospital I was put on a rigorous physiotherapy program. I became serious about exercise at age two. I have had three corrective hip surgeries, two hip replacements and a motorcycle accident which resulted in seven broken bones in my right leg. All my life I have been rebuilding my strength and my muscles.


Where I Am Now
Looking fit at age 63 is a major accomplishment. Improving strength and size in weakened muscles is also a major accomplishment. There are no barriers, there are no excuses. You can do this too.
