BODY …
do you take care of your body, do you eat healthy and exercise regularly, do you get enough rest…We can either take care of our body or abuse our body. This means we either control our body or let our body control us. We are what we eat, so we should always mind our food. Don’t forget to enjoy your lifestyle, but remember eat in moderation and apply good eating habits to ensure we feed our bodies with the nutrition it needs to function.

When you are the cheering squad for your clients, your friends, your family and any one else that may need it ... sometimes you forget to be the cheering squad for YOU. Well, that is exactly what happened to me the other day ...
As I sat on a day off, a Friday at that, I had a sick feeling in my stomach, a feeling that made me nauseous. I got up that morning and all I wanted to do was go back to bed. I had no motivation, no desire and no will to do anything.
