I have been eating three meals a day. I'm going to try 5 or 6 smaller meals and i will check out the forum for diet tips. Thanks so much Jari. Hopefully i'll look as awesome as you someday.

Hi Mary, One exercise I have found to be great for that area is side leg lifts. Either stand on a step or the floor, slight bend in your standing leg, then with your foot flexed, lift the other leg. I have been adding the bands as well, or you can a…

I've always had problems toning up my outer thighs. I hate having those saddlebags. Is there anything I can do, in addition, to the get ripped dvd's? I also ride a stationary bike every other day for 30 minutes. Please help. They really bother me.

I also recommend the original get ripped. It's a little slower paced too. Actually, it's one of my favorites. I squeeze that one in once a week.

You could start with Slim & Lean, though the original Get Ripped is a good introduction to all of the exercises.
