Hi Lori, I think that GR 1000 and ER 1000 are more aerobic. Zerlina

Hi Jari,   I just bought Slim and Lean and I noticed in a preview for "Ripped to the Core" that you said the workout was more "aerobic" in nature and had less lactic acid buildup which could allow you to go longer.  That got me thinking.  I am wonde…

So the first week has passed. I did three days of full DVDs (GR, GR 1000, and ER) and I feel really good! I noticed something weird too. I missed a bit of sleep betweeen Friday to Saturday and Saturday to Sunday, but, I'm not as tired as I could hav…

I've decided that 3 days is GOOD. I was always so fearful of overtraining, but I trust these workouts. This is my first week of 3 and so far, so good!

Terri, you are living proof that you CAN beat illness IF you choose to do so. I LOVE how you ignored the doctor's warnings to not exercise! I think the whole philosophy of "just sit there and don't do anything because your're medically fragile" is j…

I have a free measurement service at my gym. They do measurements and body fat.  I did Jari workouts maybe 4 times in two weeks and then went back. Turns out, I actually lost a couple of inches in my waist and I lost a percent of body fat! So I thou…

I do cardio M, W, F and Ripped T, Th, Sat (generally speaking). For my Ripped workouts I start with an "easier" (ha) workout early in the week, then work up to either more weight or a more intense workout toward the end. I do try and change up my ro…

Thanks Sadia. I do have the Ripped rotation. I guess I just need to trust it. It seems that there are some video fitness instructors who overtrain but I think I can trust the work done by an exercise physiologist. I will prob do M/W/F and combine it…

Lori, I normally do ripped 2-3x per week and that also on either T/Th or M/W/F. Just do whatever works for you and remember to take a day off between workouts. Also, for further guidance, please purchase the Ripped Rotations. They will definitely co…

Same problem here. I just thought I needed a new DVD player. Maybe that's not it. I wonder if cleaning them would work?

Hey, for the new "Extremely Ripped" workouts, I am wondering how much I should do. I do the shorter version (50 mins with abs). Wouldn't three times a week be just too much for muscles to grow, even if I put a day in between each workout? Help!
