what can i take instead of a protein shake, and also....do you eat white eggs all week? if its white it doesnt apply the rule of not intake eggs for more than 3days a week? thank you !

I use to weigh and measure everything. That was when I was doing the Weight Watchers program. I learned how to portion my sizes there. Once you do it for awhile you will get the hang of it.
