I would definately suggest adding cardio into your routine to get rid of body fat. I'm a big fan of doing HIIT on the treadmill or on a stationary bike. Continue doing the Ripped videos as well. They will help you develop muscle which is critical to…

If you go on www.bodybuilding.com they have a protein bar database. You can enter in what you're looking for in a protein bar and it'll bring up a list of bars. They have pretty much every bar imaginable and most of them are reasonable priced too.

Personally, I don't think it really matters when you take your protein shake. Although, a protein shake made with whey protein is good for a postworkout meal because it is digested quickly which you need after a workout. As for a bedtime shake, case…

When I first started out with healthy eating I weighed/measured everything just so I could make sure I was getting accurate amounts of calories. But after a while I was able to just eyeball how much say 4oz of chicken is.

The amount someone eats varies for each individual. To determine how much you should be eating I would recommend either going to a dietitian, finding a caloric calculator on the internet, or buying something like a bodybugg. If you are trying to ton…
