Its been a While

Well yes its been a while since I have been on this website.  I have not fallen off the health wagon or anything in fact I have become more in-toon with my body then before.  I have started training for a marathon and really gotten into school so my free time is very few.  There have been times when I just want to call it quits and was wondering does anyone feel like that and what you do to keep yourself motivated?  I hate to say it but the only thing that has been helping me is this one person…See More

Survived my Family!

So I survived my family and my PMS. Of course they came when I was trying to get through those bad cravings, but I did not do that bad. I took alot of advice from everyone about me being in control of what I put in my mouth. Yes I did endulge a bit but I didn't overdue it. One thing really helped me alot and that was that one of my neices only eats fish and doesn't eat anything with processed sugar. But I did have a bit more wine and a bit more chocolate than usual, with all that I only…

Still the same Weight

Well I haven't lost anything this week, but I will not let me get away from the goal that I set for myself. Putting on that two piece bathing suit. Plus my husband will be home in about 2 more weeks and I want to WOW him, so will keep everyone updated. Agian thanks for everyones support.
