Hi Jari,I'm not sure how much protein each day I need given my activity levels. I want to make sure I am building lean muscle. I do Ripped classes 3x/week and spin/other cardio class 2x/week. I also do 30-40 minutes of cardio on Ripped days and do extra weight training on non-Ripped days. I am on a fairly clean diet (no wheat, dairy or sugar) and I eat lots of veggies.
