I know I have asked you this before, but could you clarify to me once again how you handle eating at social events. I am letting this one issue stop me from doing what I need to do. I'll start eating healthy, love it, and then something will come up and get me off track and I have a hard time starting back, even though I love healthy food, I let junk food take over. Do you think planning cheat days into my plan will help or hurt? Do I need to do a 1 plate rule and 1 single dessert. What can I do to not feel deprived but at the same time cause me to get off track?

I would love to know what you do exactly to stay in such great shape! I have a few of the Ripped dvd's but want to know what else you do. How many calories do you eat a day to get results like yours? I eat mostly fruit, veggies and some protein. I'm not a huge fan of meat but I do eat eggs and fish.

Brandy, your body is amazing! You are so ripped - you should be in Jari's next video with your rock hard, chizzled body! WOW! Keep posting pictures. Do you do ripped often?
My exercise schedule sounds much like yours - work out 5 to 6 times a week. I try to incorporate a lot of interval training that mainly consists of jumping rope, running, spin class, ripped, and whatever else that suits my fancy that day! My diet is fairly healthy (for the most part), probably like yours with a lot of real food such as fruits, veggies, lean protein. I do LOVE peanut butter and I too have a sweet tooth. Who can resist desserts, right? I believe that if I'm working out hard enough, a little sugar isn't going to kill me!
Thank-you so much for sharing your experience with Oxygen. Have you thought about becoming a fitness model? You should....or competing in fitness - You'd WIN forsure! What's your diet like? And do you do intervals too? Are you training for anything specific? Is this the best shape you've ever been in, or have you always had a lean, muscular body? I'm so impressed! Oh, and you're absolutely stunning! So nice chatting with you!

Hi Brandy, you have an amazing body! No wonder you were in Oxygen's future of fitness (I love that magazine!). Did you simply submit your photo and they couldn't resist? Everytime I check out Oxygen's future of fitness, I always think I should apply. Perhaps I will this year. You have a wicked six-pack. Do you do a lot of cardio and watch your diet? What is your secret?
