Hey Amanda. It sounds like you are right on track with the workouts. How much weight would you like to loose? You sound like you are the perfect size for your height. You can exercise as much as you want but if you are not feeding your body the proper food/nutrients you are kind of defeating the purpose and the weight will not come off. Also make sure you are not over training either because this can also interfear with your weight loss. I am currently taking my Fitness and Nutrition course, so if you would like to email me with what you are eating in a day (including drinks) I can help set you up on an eating plan to help you notice results faster. Hey Amanda. To be honest with you most of my weight loss came from working out and eating very clean. The Xenadrine did help give me energy on those days where I didn't want to work out. I had no side effects at all on the product. It doesn't give you too much energy where your heart is beating a million miles a minute it gives you just enough. Very awesome Amanda! It's amazing what the body can do when you think you might have a tough go of it. I feel blessed and have taken every advantage of my restored health and Jari's DVD's (and I've got the whole library) was instrumental in my whole journey, I just feel real fortunate that I had/have all the resources to get to my best life. I hope your journey has been just as positive!
