Hi there. Yes I think you may be referring to the 'Ripped and Chiselled" DVD (not the newest DVD). I only know this because I did the workout last week. It is a killer dvd but it is gold in my opinion. I was also going to put a question out there to the other 'rippers' (obviously including yourself). I know Jari talks about increasing risers and increasing the weights every 4-6 weeks to challenge muscles etc. But I was just wondering what others do when they already have the risers up high and have worked up to using the maximum weights suggested by Jari? I would love to know what others are doing.
For me I just use the same height riser and increase my weight to tolerance. With the different combos and types of exercises I never seem to reach a plateau so i am excited about that. I can attest to the fact that I change up my workouts all the time using different programs. I am a huge Jari Love fan but also use many Beachbody DVD's and love them
