I have been doing your dvds for about the last 7years but really understanding how to eat and giving it all i got probably for the past 4yrs. I have seen amazing results. Have lost about 25pounds and have great deffinition!! My question is i have been doing your whole dvd (right now im on get extremely ripped 1000 hardcore) 3 days a week and cardio 3days a week.. Doing the whole dvd can sometimes take me about 1hr and 30min because i usually will add what i think i need that day like extra biceps or chest workout. So i was wondering if i can do 30-40min segments of your dvd on a 6 day cycle and still get the same great results im getting now?? I have several of your dvds and usually change them up when i dont feel a burn anymore the one im on right now is killer so im doing 3 weeks of that one then i will change it up to keep my body guessing.. I dont want to loose the results im getting but i would like to give everything i got into my workout and it seems once i hit the 45min mark im done and put minimul effort into it or im rushing through it because im in a hurry

Hi Elisa,

Thanks so much for your support!  It's fine to break up your workouts and do half an hour in the morning and half an hour at night.  Some people find that works even better because they can really give it their all for half an hour rather doing a medium effort for a full hour.  At the end of the day, we need to keep switching up our routines so our bodies don't adapt.  Don't be afraid to try new things and activities :)  The best routine for you is one that works into your schedule and challenges you every time.

Congratulations on your weight loss!  25 lbs is amazing!

What if im not able to break up the my workouts into 2 a day and just do a 30-40min workout daily 6 days a week?? Like i said i want the same results im getting but it sometimes is just too long.. but not willing to sacrifice results.. I just dont have the time to do 30-40min in the morn and then again at night

You will just have to experiment :)  Everyone is different so it is up to you to be creative and figure out which regime will work in your schedule and be the most effective.  For me, if I know that I only have time for 30 minutes a day, I make sure that my 30 minutes is intense and I really give it my all out effort!  Also, if I find I can't make time for workouts, I really focus on clean eating.  It's all about balance! 

Thanks Jerri!! I have started breaking up the workouts this week and it still takes me between 40-45 min a day because i add a little more ab work to one part of the workout and i add chest press, chest flies and a little more bicep to the other part. I have to say it is working great, my muscles feel chalanged and i was even a little shakey today which hasnt happened in awhile ( a good shakey when your muscles are feeling it!).. on the days that are a little shorter(40 min) i run about 25 min later in the day.. So far im loving it!!!
