Hi Jari,
I just bought Slim and Lean and I noticed in a preview for "Ripped to the Core" that you said the workout was more "aerobic" in nature and had less lactic acid buildup which could allow you to go longer. That got me thinking. I am wondering which of your workouts would you consider more "aerobic" and which ones would you consider more lactic acid building? I'm trying to focus more on aerobic types to burn initial fat and then later add more muscle.
