Hi Jari,

I just bought Slim and Lean and I noticed in a preview for "Ripped to the Core" that you said the workout was more "aerobic" in nature and had less lactic acid buildup which could allow you to go longer.  That got me thinking.  I am wondering which of your workouts would you consider more "aerobic" and which ones would you consider more lactic acid building?  I'm trying to focus more on aerobic types to burn initial fat and then later add more muscle.

Thanks!

Hi Lori,

I think that GR 1000 and ER 1000 are more aerobic.

Hi Lori,

I find that with compound moves such as those in Ripped to the Core and Extremely Ripped, you can complete more reps and go for longer because there are more muscles involved in each movement. You will feel more of the 'burn' in Slim and Lean and Chiseled because it is mostly isolation exercises in those workouts. Ripped 1000 and ER 1000 are also more aerobic but can take you into that anaerobic state when we do the high intensity intervals.

Thanks Jari. I will add those to my fat burning rotation!
