Hi Jari, I love your workouts and I own them all! My question is, how should I incorporate all of the workouts into a routine? According to your rotation calendar, beginner, intermediate and advanced use particular workouts. Can I just mix them all into my workout schedule? Thanks!!

Hi Sharon,

Thanks for the note! I'm actually coming very close to publishing my New & Improved Ripped DVD Rotations which I think you will find very helpful. As a good rule of thumb, try and get 2-3 Ripped Workouts in per week - any dvd of your choice. Then aim for 3-4 cardio sessions on the days that you don't do Ripped.
