So I'm looking at the Jari rotation schedule and I see that there are some training weeks in the advanced (and intermediate) that have 4 days of Jari workouts. Some weeks, there are two workouts two days in a row.
My question is, do you complete all workouts with the heaviest weights EVERY time, or do you alternate by using one set of really light weights for one of the workouts once or twice a week? I dont want to overtrain and I'm a bit scared of this. What have you done?
