I need your help! I have been very dedicated to my workouts, trying to eat clean as much as possible (sometimes when my husband & I get invites to our friends houses, I don't have a lot of control over what I get to eat, but I try to keep my portion sizes in check nonetheless), have really made an effort to cut back on booze, drink a gallon of water a day, and I dropped a few pounds and have been delighted. I weighed between 123-127 most of the time. I weighed this morning and I was back to 130! What the heck happened and how could I gain that much weight from Friday (I weighed 125) to Tuesday morning (I weighed 130)? I do weigh myself almost everyday and just don't understand what in the world has happened. I did weights and cardio on Friday, an intense cardio session on Saturday, a boxing workout Sunday, and weights and cardio on Monday, so it wasn't like I was slacking off and sitting around with a huge bag of candy and chips all weekend. I'm just so frustrated because it took me a few months to finally get my weight under 130 and its back to where i started from in just a matter of days. HELP!
