I have found that Abs Diet and Eating for Life has some great recipes. They are already balanced for you if you follow the recipe and correct portion. I have been doing this for 1 month. My first three weeks I lost 9 pounds. Tomorrow I will check my progress again. Eating is a big part of weight loss. I love the foods in these recipes.

I've been using the eating for life book for a couple of years and it's very easy to use and delicious. I'm going to try out tosca reno's eating clean diet book and see how that goes.
