I hate these!! My back manages them just fine, it is my forearms that can hardly hack it.
Am I doing something wrong or is that just my weakest point?
Thanks,
Lori

I just thought I should be feeling the exercise more in my back than what I do.
Can I use a different grip on the bar to focus more on my back than on my arms or could I just be
feeling it more in my arms because they are weaker than my back?
If I lighten up the weight I don't think I'll be getting much out of the exercise.
It is do-able but my arms don't like it!!
Make sure when you do it that your knees stay slightly bent, the weights stay close to your thighs and your back is flat. When you pull up to standing, all the weight should be in your heels and you'll feel it in your hamstrings, glutes and lower back. Do them by a mirror so you can watch and make sure that your back stays flat, not rounded. If you look straight ahead it will help maintain that neutral spine.
