I was wondering how much cardio you do in your weekly fitness program; and how long for each cardio session?
It depends on the week and my schedule. I try to go for a run at least 2-3x/week and that will vary in length depending on how much time I have to spare. Ideally I will try to run for 60 minutes outside with my dog! But again, it depends on my schedule :)
