Hi Jari just thought I would write from rainy Great Britain to say there is a group of us in a small village in Somerset that love your workouts. I wanted to ask if you have any all weight workouts in the pipeline for next year. I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and although I can do virtually all your dvds I find Extremely Ripped 1000 exhausts me too much even when I modify very low impact the cardio is just too stressful and I end up in pain and flaked pout for the following couple of days. I can do Ripped 1000 with low impact because it is only about 1-2 minutes cardio. Hope ypou will do an all weight workout although I shall still be buying your next one. Can you say how much cardio is in that?

Thanks a lot for all your workouts it has opened a whole new style of exercise to me and my friends.

Hi there, I too have rhumatoid arthritis. Lucky for me I have it under control thanks to my rhumatolagist an the right medication. I am able to do the all the work outs and have become quite strong. I find that the exercise helps and I feel better after. Don't give up just modify what you need to.

Hi Rachael,

Good job on the lifting weights. It must be difficult having something like that. I just wanted to share with you the work of Dr. John McDougall. He has helped people get rid of multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis with his dietary prescription. If you are interested check out the following links to find out how these people got rid of their rheumatoid arthritis:

Dr. McDougall has been helping patients for over 30 years now. He has helped many patients get rid of their multiple sclerosis too. Dr. Roy Swank discovered the cure to multiple sclerosis 30 years ago. This cure has a 98% success rate and has helped 5,000 people. Check out these links if anyone you know could benefit from that information:

Keep up the working out. I hope this information is helpful. It makes me feel good to hear about people getting better.

Thanks Genette my arthritis is still not controlled and they have just upped my methotrexate. I did Get Ripped 1000 today and managed the modifications when I usually do more low impact than shown. I had to take a painkiller after but I feel I've really accomplished something today. I think what I need to do is give my body time to adjust to the increase in medication and try again. People with our condition the key word is modify which I do. Lets hope I can get back to Extremely Ripped 1000 again.

Thanks for your kind words

Hi Rachael,

Thanks for the note! You have rain, we have snow and ice! I'm not sure which I'd prefer.... but it is chilly either way.

The latest dvd, ER1000 actually gives you the option to do just the weights so you can still get a great workout that is suitable for you. As for more dvds, yes, I have 2 more in the pipeline that will be released in 2010. Stay tuned for details on this site and jarilove.com - for now that's all I can share :)

Stay warm!

Jari
