For those of you who do Jari workouts 3x/week, how do you space them?  I was thinking about doing a M/W/F rotation (which would work best for me because I don't like to workout at all on saturdays).  If you do a M/W/F rotation, do you complete workouts that are heavier the first two days (maybe R&C or S&L) and then use lighter weights on the third day (maybe even 5# for all the exercises)?  Or can you push the heavier weights (5,8,10,12) all three days per week? I don't want to overtrain so I'm wondering if this will work. Your thoughts?

Oh, P.S. I do cardio T/R/Sun!

Lori,
I normally do ripped 2-3x per week and that also on either T/Th or M/W/F. Just do whatever works for you and remember to take a day off between workouts. Also, for further guidance, please purchase the Ripped Rotations. They will definitely come in handy.
Thanks,
Sadia

Thanks Sadia. I do have the Ripped rotation. I guess I just need to trust it. It seems that there are some video fitness instructors who overtrain but I think I can trust the work done by an exercise physiologist. I will prob do M/W/F and combine it with the RR. Just did R&C this morning and I feel pretty good!

I do cardio M, W, F and Ripped T, Th, Sat (generally speaking). For my Ripped workouts I start with an "easier" (ha) workout early in the week, then work up to either more weight or a more intense workout toward the end. I do try and change up my routine fairly often though, so this is just a generalization.

I've decided that 3 days is GOOD. I was always so fearful of overtraining, but I trust these workouts. This is my first week of 3 and so far, so good!
